Raghu V. Hudli, Ph.D- Managing Director

Raghu Hudli began his career in 1990, when he joined IBM USA, as a development staff member. In 1993, he was appointed as advisory engineer at IBM. During his seven years with IBM, he played key roles in several projects involving distributed computing. Along with an employee in HP, USA, he was the first to demonstrate successfully the interoperability between distributed objects systems.

In 1997, he started working as an independent consultant, with main focus on architecting of projects that used CORBA. Some of his clients included IBM Austin, DSQ Software Ltd., Chennai, AIC Software AG, Switzerland, HCL Perot Systems, India, IBM Global Services, India and LEC Software, India.

While at IBM, he represented IBM at the Object Management Group (OMG) and contributed towards the standardization of CORBA. He also invented technologies that are now patented.

In 1998, Raghu Hudli co-founded ObjectOrb. As the Managing Director of the company, his leadership and vision has translated to several new product initiatives and healthcare focus at ObjectOrb.

Raghu Hudli is a renowned corporate trainer in CORBA. He has also taught software architecture courses at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc.)

Raghu Hudli has a Ph. D. in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska. Prior to his Ph. D., he completed his Masters in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore.
