At ObjectOrb, we have adapted Unified Process with Object Oriented Analysis and Design for software development. We meet project deliverables owing to our proven on-site/offshore development model.

Requirements capture, preliminary design and building the proof-of-concept (POC) prototype are generally undertaken with the client's participation. The detailed design and implementation is done at our development center. We send a small team to the client's site for the integration of the incremental deliveries as and when required.

This model has helped us achieve significant cost savings for our customers. Also, it provides an opportunity for more developers to participate in design and review activities. It results in greater collective experience being brought into design activities. With our approach, we are able to manage projects better in terms of quality, delivery schedule and flexibility in deployment of people.

Project Monitoring

We work very closely with our customers forming a 'single team' during all the phases of the project. We share key documents like Requirements specification, Architecture and Design documents, and project schedule. We provide project visibility to our customers through weekly reports, conference calls, and through VPN access to all project deliverables.
